Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment All products remain Saltsuit's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Saltsuit. All transfers conducted through Saltsuit are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Local Taxes Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Exchanges & Return policy Saltsuit offer store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, colour and size. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock. You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase for a store credit only. Please note that the product must be returned unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags. Please read our shipping section for further information. Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the original items. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Saltsuit is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s. Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
